It starts with a request about your property. We look at where value exists but isn't yet being captured, and come back with a first conversation about what we found. From there, you decide together whether and how to act — nothing is committed before that point.

They're yours forever. Whether you buy a single masterclass or the complete collection, access never expires and carries no annual fee. The Online Academy — the licence for an entire hotel team — is an annual plan instead, because it covers access for the whole staff, not an individual purchase.
