From choosing the plan to the first masterclass, in hours.

  1. Choose the programme

Pick the annual plan by the size of your team and how closely you want DolceVita involved through the year.

  2. Everyone gets their own link

Each person receives their own access by email. From there they enter the masterclasses, and those stay theirs forever — even if they move hotel one day.

  3. The team learns when the shifts allow

Each person follows what they need, from a phone or a computer, at their own pace. Access does not end with the licence: the masterclasses they watch stay theirs.

  4. You see what has changed

With Academy Plus and Academy Partner you have DolceVita at the table through the year: which departments are already paying back, and where to push to lift average spend, improve reviews and bring in more direct bookings.

More than 150 team members, or several properties?

Group pricing is quoted on the number of properties and the total headcount. Tell us both and we will come back with a figure.

Discuss group access

Every plan above is training: people learn. When what they have learned has to become the way the hotel runs — standards written for your property, practised on shift, and a routine that holds them on its own — that work is called Profit Performance.

Explore Profit Performance

Before you enquire.

  • Who is the Academy designed for?

Hotels, resorts and hospitality groups that develop their teams through the year. Inside the property it is bought by the owner, the General Manager or the HR and L&D lead, and used day to day by heads of department who assign learning to their own people.

  • Can different departments follow different courses?

Yes. Front office, restaurant, bar, concierge and guest relations, management: each has a place where it makes sense to begin. But the catalogue is open in full, so anyone can watch another department's courses too, whenever they want.

  • Can employees join during the year?

Yes. Someone who joins in month seven starts their department's path from the beginning, on the same licence, within the total number of places the plan covers.

  • How many employees are included?

Academy covers up to 25 people, Academy Plus up to 75, Academy Partner up to 150. Above that, pricing is quoted on request.

  • Is the programme entirely online?

The library is online, from a phone or a computer: whatever each person watches stays with them, whether or not the licence is renewed. The onboarding session, the planning session and the reviews are held with your management as live sessions. On-property delivery is available through DolceVita Training and Profit Performance, quoted separately.

  • Are live sessions included?

Academy Plus includes 2 private live online training sessions during the year. Academy Partner includes 4, plus management development sessions. Academy includes the onboarding session and one annual planning session.

  • Can we buy the Academy for several hotels?

Yes. Tell us how many properties and the total headcount, and we will quote a group licence across them.

  • Can DolceVita customise the programme?

Academy Plus and Academy Partner include customised departmental learning paths. On Academy Partner the annual learning strategy is written with your management and the paths are shaped around your departments and priorities.

  • Are completion certificates available?

Each masterclass issues a certificate to the learner on completion. Tell us at onboarding how you want completions recorded on your side and we will set the reporting up with you.

  • What happens after twelve months?

The last quarter is the review: what each department completed, what changed on the floor, and which priorities the next twelve months should carry. The licence renews annually on that basis, and the plan can move up or down with the size of the team. Masterclasses your staff have already watched stay theirs even without renewal — what renews is the programme: bringing on anyone hired during the year, the sessions with management, the live sessions.

  • Can DolceVita also train our team at the property?

Yes, and it is a separate engagement. Training programmes are taught one to one, online or on your floor. Profit Performance puts DolceVita inside the operation for thirty to ninety days to write the standards and build the routine that keeps them running on its own.

Beyond online learning

Continue inside the hotel.
