DolceVita Hospitality

Born inside hotel work.

Masterclasses, training and engagements built from what happens inside a hotel every day.

Where it starts

Before teaching hospitality, we worked in it.

DolceVita comes out of years on the floor. Front office, guest relations, service, leading people, running the day and the relationship with the guest: that is where the way we now look at a hotel was formed.

Guest experience is built in hundreds of small moments. The work starts there.

The professionals

Behind DolceVita are the people who do that work every day.

Whoever teaches a masterclass runs that department inside a hotel: front office, restaurant, cellar, bar, concierge, guest experience. And they are part of the network, not all of it — alongside them are the specialists who join the larger projects, and the operator partners who run properties every day.

From experience to knowledge

Years of hotel experience, handed to your team.

What you learn inside a hotel is not in a manual: it is in the people who have been through it. We put them in front of a camera.

The masterclasses came out of that, built around the moments where a guest decides what to spend, whether to come back, and what to write in the review.

Hours of masterclasses

The masterclasses give one person, or a hotel's team, the same core of capabilities DolceVita then brings into the work on the property.

Who teaches the masterclasses

The person teaching front office runs a front office.

Every masterclass is taught by the person who runs that department in a five-star hotel: front office, restaurant, cellar, bar, concierge, guest experience.

Social responsibility

Giovani Talenti dell'Ospitalità.

A non-profit conference that puts hospitality students in front of the people who run the industry: the craft, the mobility, the careers that open around the world, told by the people doing the work, with all the room their questions need. Alongside the conference, DolceVita runs introductory hospitality sessions in schools.
