I have always wondered about the concierge when I stay in hotels. Being someone who is relatively self-sufficient, I rarely seek out the concierge. I am glad to listen to this masterclass. It is really interesting to learn what makes a great concierge, and the storytelling is fabulous!

I am fairly new concierge in a 4 star hotel in the West of Ireland. This course is showing me how to be the one that is going above and beyond and has the intricate knowledge of people and places in my local area.

I'm working for a bank, so we come across difficult customers had to calm him first and understand his claim later he was happy with the outcome. And yes, I love my job as the concierge.

Thank you, this was just the course I needed to finally see a path forward combining personal experience, continued learning and spiritual alignment. Highly recommended to anyone in the hospitality industry.
